LATE POLICY Please arrive to your appointment on time due to a tight booking schedule. If you are going to be late please notify Carissa. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The charge for the appointment will remain the same if late. LASH FILL POLICY 40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have between 20%-40% you will be charged $75. Anything less than 20% will be the price of a full set. Foreign fills are accepted. Foreign fills may require a removal. NEW CLIENT/NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY A $30 deposit will be charged upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. An additional cancellation fee will not be charged on top of the deposit. REFUND POLICY All services are final. No Refunds under any circumstance. Due to time and cost of supplies, any and every appointment will be nonrefundable. Every client is unique. There are a variety of different skin types and natural lashes. One lash set/Henna brow may not stay as good as another. I try to provide the best products and supplies to my clients for the most fulfilled outcome 💜
